    Dr. Paul Babitz

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Dr. Babitz has spent over 20 years serving communities through medicine and charitable work. As founder of the Inspire Faith Project, he combines medical care with financial assistance to support those in need. A devoted Christian, husband of 30 years, father of two, and author of To Dream a Dream, Dr. Babitz is dedicated to spreading hope, faith, and support to families worldwide.

    Jerel "Joe" Hammond

    CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

    Joe Hammond is a retired police officer with decades of service, known for his dedication to justice, safety, and community trust. A certified crisis intervention and de-escalation specialist, he served as a Crisis and Hostage Negotiator with Bergen Regional SWAT. Now retired, Joe remains active in community initiatives, mentoring others and using his experience to build safer, stronger communities rooted in integrity, empathy, and service.

    Ian Babitz

    CO-FOUNDER & VICE-PRESIDENT

    Ian is a student at Jacksonville University’s College of Law, driven by a passion for justice and a commitment to serving his community. As Co-Founder of the Inspire Faith Project, he strives to provide hope and resources to those in need. Guided by values of love, empathy, and integrity, Ian is dedicated to becoming a compassionate advocate and leader, using his future legal career to make a meaningful impact.
